Step 1 - Choose a date & get in touch with the booking team
  They'll help with any questions or queries

Step 2 - Pay a £20pp deposit for those who've confirmed
  Any latecomers can be added later with no hassle

Step 3 - Pay the final balance
  We ask for final payment 1 month before the date
