From our experience:
Archery will become more difficult as the pregnancy progresses and the bump gets in the way of the bow when standing side on to shoot.
Our Quad Biking track twists and turns through a rather bumpy woodland track.
Loading Crossbows will be made more difficult with a baby bump in the way.
But overall, most activities remain accessible to ladies that are pregnant.
All of our activities are suitable for participants of any experience or fitness. We are well used to taking out groups of mixed ages and abilities and will tailor the activity session to suit. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any specific questions about fitness or experience.
